Which of the following positions are you interested in helping with?

  • Communications, Editorial, and Marketing Specialist: Manages online presence and public promotion, including social media and website content.
  • Lawyer: Preparing NDA Agreements, COI, reviewing contracts with volunteers; review and ensure compliance of contracts and agreements with sponsors; assist in maintaining a database of legal documents and ensure timely renewal of contracts.
  • Art&Gallery Manager: Responsible for finding and collaborating with local artists and galleries, as well as overseeing the production of the Art Room to create a unique and inspiring visual experience for the event.
  • VIP Guests & Key Sponsors Experience Manager: Responsible for identifying and securing VIP guests and key sponsors, managing their exclusive event experience, and overseeing a separate VIP room to ensure exceptional engagement and personalized attention throughout the event.
  • Print and Merchandise Production Manager: Encompass overseeing the design, production, and delivery of all printed materials and event merchandise, ensuring both quality and brand consistency throughout TEDxMarvila.
  • Post-Production Manager: Responsible for overseeing the editing and finalization of event videos, ensuring high-quality content for distribution across platforms and maintaining the TEDx brand's standards in all post-event media.
  • Designer: Crafts the event's visual identity, including the logo, website, and branding materials.
  • Video and Production Lead: Oversees all audio-visual aspects, from camera operation to live streaming.
  • Backup Volunteers: Support the executive team in various tasks, particularly on the event day.
