Ines Feliciano
Inês Feliciano is an independent conservator with over 20 years of experience specializing in the conservation and restoration of ceramics, glass, tiles, and archaeological artifacts. She collaborates with public institutions, museums, antique dealers, and private collectors both nationally and internationally. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Conservation and Restoration of Cultural Heritage at the NOVA School of Science and Technology in Lisbon.

Joana Nobre
A pharmacist with a master’s in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Lisbon, Joana Nobre specializes in Cosmetic Sciences, Branding, Digital Marketing, and Luxury Management. Active in the pharmaceutical industry since 2005, she has held national and international leadership roles in technical direction and communication.
Joana coordinates and lectures in Cosmetic Sciences at AHED by Nova Medical School and, since 2021, has been CEO of Crème de la Crème, Portugal’s first cosmetic consulting firm. A contributor to Vogue Portugal since 2024, she writes on beauty and health literacy, authored A Brief History of Cosmetics, and delivered a TEDx talk on sustainability. Currently, she studies Aesthetics and Art Theory at NOVA University Lisbon.

Pedro Santa Clara
Pedro Santa-Clara, Full Professor of Finance at Nova SBE since 2007, holds an Economics degree from Nova SBE and a Ph.D. in Finance from INSEAD. Formerly a professor at UCLA’s Anderson School, he has published over 30 papers in top Finance and Economics journals.
In 2012, he spearheaded Nova SBE’s new Carcavelos campus, raising €54 million and founding Fundação Alfredo de Sousa. In 2019, he launched Shaken Not Stirred, managing innovative education projects like 42 Lisboa, 42 Porto, and TUMO centers.
A liberal ideals advocate, Pedro co-founded Instituto Mais Liberdade and ventures like Atrium Portfolio Managers and Data4Deals. He treasures time with his family and thrives on running, crossfit, and reading.

Selma Uamusse
Selma Uamusse released her debut album Mati in 2018, praised by critics and showcased on national and international stages with over 60 concerts. Mati unfolds as two journeys: a geographic one, rooted in Mozambican sounds and identity, and a spiritual exploration that infiltrates those who listen. In 2020, she released Liwoningo, blending African influences with global elements, from folklore to electronic, rock, Afrobeat, and experimental sounds. Selma’s music transcends genres; it’s a manifesto for harmony with the world around us, a positive look at the world. A form of struggle and hope for a freer society, with more love.

Norberto Amaral
Being involved in various distinct volunteering activities, Norberto is a serial volunteer He is the organizer of TEDxPorto; a member of Toastmasters International, currently the Program Quality Director of the local District; a deputy director of Common Home of Humanity; and subtitles TED and TEDx talks! He feels that this is a great way to create change and to create a positive impact in the communities that he belongs to.
Norberto is a communications consultant and trainer at Cultiv, helping people and institutions deliver great presentations and is the author of a book on this subject called ‘Impact – How to Communicate in Public’. He teaches communication, creativity and innovation at Nova School of Business and Economics, the Portuguese Association of Young Entrepreneurs and Porto Business School.

António Amaral
Born on July 22, 2013, António lived in Madrid before moving to Lisbon in 2015. A student at the British School of Lisbon, he excels in Science, Geography, and Drama, reflecting his curiosity and love for connection. Passionate about combating bullying, António empowers peers to embrace their uniqueness.
He is a natural leader, empathetic and engaging, with a zest for life that shines in cooking, reading, and playing with his twin brothers. An accomplished sailor, he has won two regattas and dreams of sailing the globe to explore diverse cultures. António’s vision for a better world inspired his reflections in The Art of Being Human, where he champions genuine connection. Entrepreneurial and ambitious, he hopes to meet Warren Buffett to drive meaningful change globally.

Mario Rui Santos
Mario holds degrees in Marketing/Communication Sciences (IPAM-Lisbon) and Business Management (INP-Lisbon) with over 20 years of experience in advertising (WPP Group) and strategic planning. A clinical hypnotherapist since 2001, trained at the London College of Clinical Hypnosis, he has worked as a supervisor, trainer, and lecturer across Portugal, Spain, Brazil, and Malaysia. He founded Hypnos/Portuguese Association Group of Hypnosis & Motivation, serving as president and trainer. Specializing in anxiety and depression, he offers therapy, workshops, and personal development sessions. Author of 3 books, he contributes to media and TV on hypnosis. His holistic approach blends Ericksonian, transpersonal, and CBT methods with Buddhist and shamanic philosophies.

Anna Kozlova
Anna Kozlova is a Belarusian scientist, molecular geneticist, and science popularizer, currently a consultant at Zaz Ventures (Brussels). A TEDxNiamiha speaker and TEDxMinsk licensee since 2019, she organizes TEDx events in Belarus.
She holds a Master’s in Biological Sciences, specializing in sports genetics, and has worked in leading research and medical centers in Belarus.
Founder of PopScienceCat, a platform on popular science literature, Anna has delivered science lectures at international festivals, museums, and educational projects across Europe.

Oluwole Omofemi
Oluwole Omofemi, born in 1988 in Ibadan, Nigeria, is a renowned contemporary artist celebrated for his bold portraits that highlight African identity, beauty, and heritage. Raised by his grandfather, Omofemi’s Yoruba roots deeply influence his art. Despite financial challenges, he pursued his passion, refining his skills at The Polytechnic, Ibadan. His work, characterized by vivid colors and natural Afro hairstyles, challenges Western beauty standards and celebrates African heritage.
Omofemi achieved global acclaim with exhibitions across Europe, Africa, and the U.S., including a landmark portrait of Queen Elizabeth II. In 2021, he founded the Oluwole Omofemi Foundation to support young African artists and co-founded PieceUnique, an agency promoting African talent globally. Through his art and philanthropy, Omofemi champions African culture and identity on the world stage.
